Mitsumi D359T5 modified to work properly with the Amiga

Before

Move the 0 ohm resistor from DCH to RDY, adjust the 0 ohm resistor from DS1 to DS0.

Solder a wire between the DHC pad closer to the RDY jumper and the data connector's pin 2.
