The warning lights panel is secured by two Phillips head screws.  There are also a couple of plastic retaining clips that need to be released to actually remove  the circuit board.  All lamps are labeled, and are easily replaceable; they just pull out.  Picture 

The pictogram is secured by a few Phillips head screws, as I recall (haven't actually been there lately).
