Removing the door
panels

Remove
the mirror switch panel (or blank panel).
- For 91 style: Pry at the bottom or
top, pop out at
the rear.
- For 93 and
later, insert a small screwdriver into the hole behind the mirror select
switch and pry the tab forward.
- Remove T20 Torx screw.

Pull door handle out,
slide plastic backplate down and rotate out from bottom.
- Remove T20 Torx screw.

Remove soft plastic plugs
from top and bottom of door pull.
- Remove T20 screws from
top & bottom of door pull.

Use a small flat blade
screwdriver to pop the plastic caps off the two screws at front and rear of
storage bin.
- Remove weird-headed T20
screws from front and back of storage bin.

Remove T10 screw from door
light lens. Slide lens back and out.
- Remove T20 screw from
the bracket for the lens retaining screw
- You might have to
fish through some insulation to find it.

Work a flat tool up under
the bottom of the panel, then work fingers back and pull to disengage the
plastic pop-retainer at the bottom rear corner. Repeat at front, about
8" from bottom.
- Pull the panel up out
of the window through at the top; this can take quite a bit of force, as there
are metal tangs to resist its removal. Push from the bottom and
thump lightly from below to break it loose. Remove the wires from the
light before completely removing the door panel.
