U.S. passenger side lower reinforcing plate mod (93 and later)       

Cut the outer corner off to clear the bracket in the vicinity of the fuel pipe.  Make sure the holes are aligned properly so that it's the correct corner.  Test fit it first to see where the material needs to be removed.
