Picture #17: Here the motor assembly. The plastic guide was not in is place when I opened it. Picture #18: Note the two contacts and the metal square. That square (in diagonal position) may come off when you are removing the motor.
Picture #19: Here a closeup of the wiper shaft gear. Picture #20: Here with the metal backing removed. You have to remove the two grommets (rubber over a metal one) on the wiper shaft. Note the two electrical contacts and the small plastic gear. The bottom of the gear is not symmetric so try to look how it is placed. I have put 12 volt on the motor contacts and got sparks and smoke.
Picture #21: Again that small gear and the electrical contact it move. This contact do the wiper parking . After one revolution, the gear touch the electrical contact and cut the power to the electric motor. Picture #22: Pry-off the motor.
Picture #23: So here you have the choice of putting an electrical contact cleaner or to open the motor. It wasn't easy to open it but with some pressure (caution to your hand) and a small screwdriver I managed to open it. Picture #24: Pry open the motor. You will feel a small resistance while pulling up the plastic part because of the brushes but it will come off.
