Watch your fingernails and stuff when undoing the connector ... I'm not talking about breaking a nail, I'm talking about tearing one off! These connectors can require some muscle, so just work carefully. Push the spring clip back, then rotate the connector out. It has to rotate out about 90 degrees before you can disengage it from the crossbar on the other end. Be sure not to lose the rubber gasket that goes around the perimeter of the connector. By the way, as far as I can tell, there's an unused connector on this cable assembly.
